Terms of Sale

Plannr

Last updated: 19/08/2026

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from plannrsuite.com. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

This site is operated by:

PLANNR SUITE

Email: plannrsuite@gmail.com

If you have a question about your order, email us and we will normally reply within 24 hours.

2. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to consumers — individuals buying for personal use rather than for a business.

If you are buying for business purposes, the sections of these terms that reflect consumer rights (sections 8, 9 and 12) do not apply to you, and our liability to you is limited as set out in section 11.

3. What we sell

Everything we sell is digital. There is no physical product and nothing is posted to you.

Our products are spreadsheet templates supplied for use with Google Sheets. To use them you will need:

  • a Google account (free), and
  • an internet connection.

You are responsible for checking that a product suits your needs and works on your device before buying. Product pages describe what each template includes.

4. How the contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy from us.

The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot supply a product — for example because of a pricing error or a technical fault — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in gbp and include any tax that applies to your order.

Where we are required to charge VAT or an equivalent sales tax, the rate is determined by your country of residence and is shown before you pay.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your card details; these are handled by our payment provider.

7. Getting access to your product

After your payment is confirmed you will receive access immediately, by email and on the order confirmation screen.

Your product is delivered as a link to a Google Sheets file. To use it you must make your own copy of the template — the file itself is read-only. Instructions are included in the file and in your confirmation email.

If your access link does not work, email us and we will resend it.

8. Your right to cancel, and why it usually does not apply

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online.

That right does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun with your agreement. When you place your order you are asked to confirm that:

  • you want the product supplied to you immediately, and
  • you understand that you lose your right to cancel once we supply it.

Because our products are supplied immediately, the 14-day right to cancel will not usually be available to you. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described — see section 9.

9. If something is wrong with the product

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If a product is faulty, does not work as described, or does not do what the listing says, contact us and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

10. Our goodwill guarantee

Separately from your legal rights, we offer a [90]-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not right for you, email us within [90] days of purchase and we will refund you.

This is a voluntary promise we make in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

11. What you may and may not do with the product

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own personal purposes, for as long as you like.

You may:

  • make copies for your own use across your own devices
  • change, adapt and personalise the template however you wish

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, lend or give away the template or any copy of it
  • publish it, or make it available for download by others
  • sell products derived from it, or use it as the basis of a competing template
  • remove or obscure any branding or copyright notice

We keep all intellectual property rights in the templates. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it to you.

12. Support

We provide support by email at plannrsuite@gmail.com for questions about how the product works.

Support does not extend to financial advice. Our templates are budgeting tools. Nothing we supply is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and you should not treat it as such. Decisions about your money remain yours.

13. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We are not liable for:

  • loss arising from your reliance on figures you enter into, or calculations produced by, the template
  • interruptions to Google Sheets or other third-party services we do not control
  • loss of data you have not backed up

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

14. Third-party services

Our templates run on Google Sheets, which is provided by Google under its own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its service.

15. Your personal data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, contact us first at plannrsuite@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
